Why do normal TVs turn black in the sun, and how do yours prevent this?
Standard commercial screens and consumer TVs use liquid crystal panels that fail when surface temperatures hit 75°C (167°F), causing isotropic blackout (black spots). Our displays use military-grade High Tni (Twisted Nematic) panels rated for 110°C (230°F). Combined with our intelligent heat dissipation systems, this guarantees your screen will never turn black, even under prolonged direct solar radiation.
Are these displays too noisy for an indoor retail storefront?
Not at all. We understand that fan noise ruins the shopping experience. Our C Series and Q Series window facing displays feature an innovative 18mm low-noise architectural design. They operate at under 25dB, which is equivalent to the ambient sound in a professional recording studio. Your customers will notice the bright screen, not the hardware.
What does QWP technology mean for sunglasses?
LCD panels emit polarized light. If a pedestrian is wearing polarized sunglasses, standard digital signage will appear entirely black when viewed from certain angles. Our C Series utilizes QWP (Quarter Wave Plate) technology, which alters the polarization state of the light. This ensures your content remains vibrant and visible to viewers wearing any type of polarized lenses.
How weatherproof is the OD Series outdoor display?
The OD Series is built for extreme environments. It features a fully sealed IP66 enclosure that is 100% impervious to dust and high-pressure water jets. We use IP67 waterproof cooling fans, anti-vandal ultra-clear glass, and a 99.99% UV-blocking film. Furthermore, the German Wacker optical liquid adhesive prevents internal fogging. It is completely maintenance-free and rated for operating temperatures from -20°C to 70°C.
Do the screens consume a lot of electricity at 2500+ nits?
While high brightness requires more power, we implement Smart Auto-Brightness Sensors in all our series. The display constantly monitors ambient sunlight. At noon, it drives maximum nits; as evening approaches or on cloudy days, it automatically dims to match the environment. This intelligent control drastically reduces daily power consumption and significantly extends the lifespan of the LED backlight (up to 50,000 hours).
What sizes do you offer for window facing displays?
We provide a wide range of sizes to fit any window. Our Classic C Series comes in 32", 43", 49", 55", 65", 75", and 86". Our Ultra-Slim Q Series is available in 32", 43", 55", and 65". We also offer custom aspect ratios and multi-screen video wall configurations for larger storefronts.
Can you customize the casing and add our brand logo?
Absolutely. As a direct factory supplier, we offer comprehensive OEM/ODM services. We can customize the screen sizes, modify the casing color using outdoor-grade powder coating (RAL colors), adjust mounting brackets for specific architectural needs, and silk-screen your brand logo directly onto the protective glass or bezel.
How do you ensure the safety of the product during international shipping?
Every wholesale LCD display undergoes a rigorous packaging process: 1. PE protective film and thick EPE foam padding. 2. Heavy-duty corrugated outer carton. 3. Export Standard Wooden Crate or flight case with reinforced corners.
What operating systems come with these screens?
Our standard models are equipped with an industrial-grade Android board (RK3288 or RK3568 for C/Q series, and 8-Core A55 for OD series). Alternatively, we can integrate a Windows-based PC or leave it as a standalone monitor with HDMI/USB inputs for your own media players.
What kind of warranty and technical support do you provide?
We offer a comprehensive 1-to-3 year warranty on all hardware components. For international support, we provide remote diagnostic services, detailed video installation guides, and a guaranteed 5-year supply of replacement parts to protect your long-term investment.
